Class Description
Private Meditation Practice is a one-to-one session focused exploring meditation techniques to help you build a personal practice that fits your life. In these sessions, you will learn how to meditate with different anchors, the body scan, focused attention, and open awareness meditations. After each meditation, there will also be time to debrief and chat about your experience.
