  • Private Practice gives you that undivided 1:1 attention from the guide. These sessions are tailored specifically for you: your body, your stress, your goals, and your real life. Together we can focus on various styles of yoga, meditation techniques, breath work, or simply deepening your personal practice.

  • Community practice let's you practice in the company of others. These practices are simple and welcoming to all levels. It is a time dedicated to showing up as you are and building a sense of community with others who also chose to come. 

​

  • Free practices  are the offerings in the spirit of giving back to the community and are free of charge. These will be displayed in the event tab.

​

Know that you are welcome here even if this is your

first downward dog or 100th sun salutation!
